The top is a slightly steep hill and the end of the park ends. The bottom is a narrow and steep stairs for pedestrians and is difficult for locals to use. Conversely, people and cars do not come so often, so you can play with peace of mind. The park itself is flat, there are slides and animal rides, and there are benches so parents can sit and watch their children playing. It is also interesting to see Hankyu and JR. There are many shrines and temples in the vicinity, so if you get tired of walking, you may want to take a break here. However, there is no convenience store or drinking fountain, so you may want to bring a drink.
