Not recommended for beginner men. There are few trainers and I am doing personal, so I can hardly hear anything, and even when my hands are open, I usually talk with the user's woman. I think it would be better to work alone in the nearby 24-hour gym I don't think you can make a reservation for that number of trainers even for personal purposes ...
