I was looking for a restaurant where I could drink from noon and found this. It is a fashionable, clean and quiet shop. Fukui's local sake is abundant and it is possible to compare and drink in various ways. I don't know because I don't have a tongue that can be evaluated, but all the recommended sakes were delicious. It was a pity that I didn't have a food menu because I visited there during a halfway time (between lunch and dinner). My personal request is that I'd be happy if I could prepare something to squeeze even during idle time.

You can enjoy local and surrounding drinks in the stylish and clean shop. Since we went late, it started with the description of no menu. But I did not feel particularly offended because of the courteous reception. It is a recommended shop for tourists.

The food is elegant and delicate, but the liquor is expensive. Well this may be inevitable because it is aimed at tourists on location. However, the atmosphere of the store is good, and you can drink sake with just a set.

I went on a trip. Mainly sake, we offer dishes that match sake. The atmosphere and taste were excellent, and it was a store that I thought was good to go. I want to recommend it.
