I'm a Gold's Gym, so I can see it. A friend of mine used to be at the front desk, but he was always talking badly. I went a couple of times with an invitation ticket. Since the management is bad, the staff will change. An ordinary older brother who took the course or an athletic club is taking the course. A common fitness gym where the general public comes to distraction without wanting to train. boring
It's easy to get to because the transportation is convenient in front of the station.
1 minute walk from Kitakogane station, it is very convenient ✌
I have been in the pool for more than 7 years because my knee has osteoarthritis!
The coach is also a place where you can enjoy it from veterans to university students (^ _ ^) /
The muscle training menu disappears from the studio program.
There may be no choice but to make a schedule for locals, the elderly & women,
There is no point in paying a high monthly fee, so I think that people with muscle training can train other facilities cheaply and efficiently.
