It's a difficult world, so if you want to spend money, I chose a shop locally ... I asked for a bouquet for a loved one. There was a female clerk with a shortcut, but when I came to the store, when I chose flowers, and when I checked out, I was taken an unfriendly attitude, and I strongly regretted choosing this store. It wasn't an expensive purchase, but it's a shame that even a small amount of money made money for such a store. By the way, I remember that the customer service was bad even when I went there before (I think it's not the same person). Perhaps all of our employees are happy with this kind of customer service. Buying flowers should really make you feel kind, but here I feel the opposite, so I won't go there again.

Even if the clerk makes a mistake at the cash register, there is no apology, and the clerk is unfriendly and the customer service attitude is not good for compliment. I can't use the way of speaking and honorifics, so I'm not educated. I regret buying flowers here, but if you come to a place like this, other florists are better 😭😭
