You can buy the Nasu Kogen Free Pass, which is convenient on the ropeway, at the prefabricated sales offices alongside Toyota Rent-A-Car. The business office around the police box has moved. Purchases made before 9am seem to be sold in the car.

This is the terminal station of the Utsunomiya Line. It used to be a gateway to the Nasu plateau and was crowded with many tourists in the summer. Emperor Showa heading to the Nasu Imperial Villa used this station and entered and exited through a door that was not a ticket gate. Since the current Emperor uses the neighboring Nasushiobara Station, this door is no longer used.
