Wasn't it possible to work with the staff or use the machine because it was shortly after opening? I had booked more than an hour before the time I wanted to eat, but I didn't come and I was told that I was busy and waited for an hour to call me, and my order history disappeared. After all, the pizza came 2 hours after the reservation time. I don't want this to happen anymore.

I made a reservation at 21:47, and after 20 minutes I was informed that the app was ready, but when I went to pick it up, I'm baking now. I was waiting to wait for a few minutes, but I received it 20 minutes later ... I think it's better than other reviewers, but it was very uncomfortable without an apology. Even though there are people waiting to take home, the kitchen staff will “kill you! ”And was very uncomfortable. Also, when Uber's ordering sound is heard, "Uruse!" Also, I was waiting to take home, but I was misunderstood as a Uber person and waited for more than 10 minutes. If you come to the store, you will probably hear it first.
