Well. I don't know why this store has so many bad reviews before. However, today I went here to register the bike my friend handed over to me and the procedure was fast. The staff was nice and friendly. I would recommend anyone buying or registering your bike here.

Bought a new bike there with the committment from the seller to buy it back after three months for a given amount (provided the returned bike wouldn't fall apart). When I went for the return sale, they had lowered the price to a ridiculously small amount. The guy there argued about some unverifiable issue with the pedal axis that may well have been there from the outset. Unhappy...

When we asked for a brake change, we had to deal with it immediately. After that, I told him I couldn't do it and had him exchange it again, but he was happy to accept it and refund it. Very good store

The rear tire replacement cost was 4291 yen, and it took about 30 minutes. The clerk was basically kind and received advice on bicycle management. This is a recommended shop.
