It is a very ordinary 24-hour GYM. There is a reception on the 3rd floor, where you can find normal areas, machines, running and bikes. The second floor is a weight training area such as barbells It's not very crowded during the day. The nights are often a little crowded. Nishi-Yokohama has a slightly lower monthly membership fee. It was opened last year, so the facilities are still beautiful. The nearest is Sotetsu Nishi-Yokohama Nearby are Maibasuket, Seven-Eleven, and a short walk to Fujidana Shopping Street.
