I went out to play with my family on Sunday. I had to go from the afternoon to wear a hat on a hot day. The forest baths in the park helped me to manage the heat, but I wonder if it's due to the effects of corona. It may have been an impact because it was a hot day. The sunflowers in the Sports Square are still in bloom. The Coleus on the back side of the mountain stream square was also beautiful. It's perfect for resolving your usual lack of exercise.
