The staff were incredibly helpful to a pair of very confused tourists on very short notice. Customer service is obviously a top priority. 5/5 stars, would rent again. Saito, Watanabe, Maeta were superb and I cannot thank them enough

The office is just minutes away from Tsuruoka station, next to Tokyo Daiichi Hotel. The staff were friendly, very helpful and eager to please. Despite of limited English, we did not have any issue completing the rental car process. The rates were much better than those offered by Toyota's. We rented a car for 2 nights, and they allowed us to leave the car at their parking area for both nights. Our Hotel was just next door to their office.

It is becoming a standard use when going to Tsuruoka. Easy to understand because it is located in Es Mall (shopping center). I think that the staff's response is smooth and not overwhelming.

I rented it at the company monthly. Mr. Ota responded very kindly and politely, but when I called him after that, the woman who answered the phone said, "Thank you." I felt that the employee education was not done. I asked him to send me the payee's address by fax, but he said, "I can tell you verbally right away." I also gave the fax number, but I did not receive the fax immediately, and the next day I received a call from Mr. Ota, who was in charge. I called on the phone the day before, but it seems that the woman didn't remember her name, and Mr. Ota said, "I heard from a man," but I'm a woman. I thought it was very rude, even though I wouldn't have had this if I remembered my name.

Cospa was well and service was good. I would like to use it again if there is an opportunity.
