ここの歯科衛生士のo主任(年配女性)の対応や態度が最悪です。 定期検診では、患者の口を触りたくないようで、器具の端を持ち細かな作業ができず 器具の金属を思いっきり歯に当ててきます。 また、頬を引っ張る際も空気が出る器具で引っ張られます。 非常に痛い思いをしたのでクレームを入れたら、歯科衛生士主任は謝りもせずにその場を立ち去り その後ドクターの方が代わりに対応していただけました。 (ドクターの腕前は問題ありませんでした) 下の口コミにも同じ主任の問題点が書かれてますが、 技術もなく態度も悪い歯科衛生士主任だけが悪く、 他の歯科衛生士には問題はありません。 ※膳所グリーン歯科にもo主任が来ており、私はそちらで嫌な思いをして 二度と同じ日に当たらないように依頼しておりましたが、手違いで2回目も 同じ事が起きました。 定期検診で年3回10年近く通っていますが、こんなに嫌な思いをするのはこの主任に当たった時だけです

The other day, I went there for the first time, but the director was in charge. I thought that the explanation was easy to understand, the correspondence was very polite, the staff was also friendly and it felt very nice, but the female staff who made temporary preparations after the treatment by the director was over ( (I think it is a little older than the staff who managed to write on the name tag) I asked a question, but it was different from what I wanted to hear, as if the answer was stupid. I was upset at the very end when I was told what everyone knew without even hearing. I asked the staff at the reception desk what I wanted to hear, and solved it, but because the other person's response was very good, the senior female staff who was somehow written as the chief was too disappointed. It stands out.
