The staff are friendly and helpful.
The equipment is well maintained and the Sauna is great.
They didn't let me join because my little understanding of Japanese as they said staff was not able to communicate with me, even if both workers I actually talked to understood perfectly what I was saying.

When I first started going to the gym, it was "Atsugi's new sports gym", so I had a wide variety and number of exercise machines, and I felt clean and comfortable.

However, the male staff who are leaders have a bad customer service attitude, and the breakdowns in the machines and other facilities have become conspicuous, and such maintenance feels inadequate, and the feeling of cleanliness disappears ... The image gradually deteriorated. ..
I think that it is suitable for elderly people and people with hobbies who want to interact with people of the same generation, but for those who want to train in earnest, the gym is not very suitable because the customer base is different and it is always crowded. is.
The price is also a little higher than others.
It was my first time to use a paid gym.
I mainly used the pool and spa, but the facilities were new and clean, and I didn't feel uncomfortable with the customer service.
The pool was clean, I was happy that there was a walking pool, and the spa facilities were substantial (natural hot springs). Above all, it was in this location, so I made great use of it.
The only disappointment was that it was crowded.
Depending on the time of day, the pool was close to a line, and when the lesson started, the course was further restricted, and people who wanted to swim were concentrated in one lane and could hardly swim.
After being taken care of for about 9 months, I became a corona sickness, and from November 2020, I withdrew from the membership due to the charge for the recess.
If it weren't for this kind of social situation, I think I would have continued to use it.
