It is like Karuizawa in Ageo. Cooking, bread, cakes, coffee, tea, etc. Everything is very satisfying! Every time I come, I feel like I'm on a trip. ^ _ ^ From this week, it will be a Christmas plate. It's so cute ~

A shop that has been visiting for many years. The cozy space and, as the name implies, the atmosphere of a mountain hut is a luxury that can be enjoyed only in this remote place. All dishes are delicious and gentle on the body. You can also try handmade butter for free. It's good for your arms, so it's recommended to eliminate lack of exercise... Maybe! Handmade garlic salt butter, which is melted into freshly baked bread and eaten after the arm becomes crumbly, is exceptional. Desserts and coffee are also very delicious. I especially like the harmonica, which is reasonably priced and has a light cloudy mouthfeel that quickly disappears, followed by a refreshing and subdued lemon scent. Lunch is from 11:00. It's often very crowded, so I recommend going early.

Visited around 12:30 on Tuesday before the tripartite interview with my daughter. Although it is difficult to reach without a car, the parking lot in front of the shop (Is it possible to park about 10 cars?) Is almost full. When I entered the store, I was asked "Do you have a reservation?", But fortunately there was only one table available. The view from the window really seems to be in the mountains ♪ It's a log house-style shop with high ceilings, and there are cushions with a stump-like design, so it's playful. I ordered summer vegetables and raw shichimi pasta, and my daughter ordered meat doria. Doria's rice is five-grain rice, and her daughter who hates beans said it was crazy, but it was delicious ♪ When I asked "Would you like to make butter?", I answered "Yes!", But I was probably given a bottle of fresh cream and salt, and I was just shaky. After the viscosity has increased, it is even more shaky. Suddenly it separated into a solid (butter) and a liquid. Sprinkle salt or garlic powder on the butter if you like. Fresh butter was the best for freshly baked hot and dense glutinous bread. I enjoyed the liquid one in iced coffee. It will be memorable if it is entertaining. Thank you for the meal.
