The response of the basic clerk is terrible. When I came to the store to buy a child's bicycle, I asked if there was a light blue type of this type of bicycle like this one, and confirmed that "I think it's the same color because it's blue." Without doing so, you cannot sell or trust with uncertain information. Also, when I bought a key for my child's bicycle before, the key did not turn and I could not unlock it with the product I just bought. Product defects may not be the responsibility of the store, but this has continued and the evaluation of the store as unreliable has been confirmed.

Buy and deliver. When it arrives, it is full of scratches. The screw on the saddle came off in a month, and the chain cover rattled. If you send it for repair, the chain will come off in 3 minutes. It is handed over with black stains all over the place after maintenance. Even during the warranty period, we will collect the delivery fee and repair fee exactly. There is no proper apology. The attitude of the clerk is the worst. Even if it's a little expensive, I think you should buy it at a bicycle shop in the city.

I usually do not write reviews, but there is a really terrible staff. When I asked for a repair, I doubted my sanity. It is a pity because I think there are good staff. I have regretted that I bought here, and I do not want to be involved again.

The three bicycles here are AEONBIKE. I'm grateful that you'll be able to have an inspection when you come here. In terms of price, it feels somewhat expensive compared to home shops and bicycle mass retailers.

Customer service attitude is the worst. I wonder if it happened again ... but I think it is different to make a customer a fool.
