I asked for a column cut at this shop before. The male staff worked and finished in about 30 minutes, I think the charge was about 3500 yen. Because the length of the column has changed, the amount of the new spacer was included, but the spacer originally attached was not returned. And just the other day, I asked for a column cut at another bicycle shop that I entered for the first time, and the length of the column also changed, so I got a new spacer attached, and the charge was originally 2000 yen and the spacer was packed in a small PP bag Passed. As I had not asked for a column cut only once, I knew that the spacer could be returned for the first time at this time. With regard to the difference in rates, it is good to have you show the rates before the work and ask them to be convinced, but since they pay the higher labor than other stores, the ones that were originally included are neat I wanted to return it. Then there was an indication that payment of 10,000 yen or less was not available for credit card at the cashier's place, but card use refusal by payment amount might not be a violation of the merchant terms and conditions.
