As it is a free parking lot, there are many people who park it. There is a toilet and it is close to the Ueda castle ruins, but the flat road that goes up to the Ueda castle ruins is a detour, and the nearest road has to go up the steep stairs. Please be aware that at the time of the event, the space in the parking lot will be used so much that it will fill up very quickly.

Go to Travel for the first time this year to Nagano. Free parking managed by Ueda City. It is convenient because there are many parking lots and toilets are installed. Please note that during events such as the cherry blossom blooming period and the Golden Week Sanada Festival, it will be fully booked early in the day. To go to Ninomaru of Ueda Castle, you will have to walk uphill for about 5 minutes from the parking lot. In addition, a space for skateboards, baskets, etc. is located adjacent to the parking lot, so it is often crowded with tourists on the remains of Ueda Castle on weekends.
