The women in the store and the people who deliver are kind and very likable. However, the response of the old man who was working inside was the worst. When I called out to him, he was so busy that he told me not to disturb me and I felt the worst. I couldn't hear what the person doing the customer business said. It's no good!
I used to ship large items such as refrigerators and armor of Japanese armor before, but I took a picture of the items with a smartphone in advance and went to consult about the shipment. We received very detailed and polite advice, such as a concrete plan to avoid it.
Later, when the baggage that received the advice was brought in, the same female employee wrapped her whole body with bubble wrap air packing material and cardboard to protect it, but it may be damaged during transportation. The packing was reinforced with me in the sales office.
