Probably the best little shopping center in this area. You'll find enough shops to cover all your needs. Don't expect modern amenities though. Although there are quite a few restaurants, they get quite busy at lunchtime and dinnertime. You'll probably need to line up during those hours.

The Suma Patio is crowded with people and there are various shops, so you can relax. but! You don't need a pachinko parlor to have fun as a public place ... It is a pity that the atmosphere (dignity) of the patio is lowered by that alone.
