Delicious soba

We entered the store on September 13, 2020. It was around 13:00, but it was said that all the soba had already sold out and it would take about 30 minutes to make a new one. It was delicious when I visited before, so I decided to wait regardless. Inside the store, I was allowed to observe the buckwheat flour in front of me. It was a true craftsmanship. I learned that it is a Daruma Ichimon store. This soba restaurant is famous for its sweetfish tempura. I ordered Ayu Tensoba without hesitation. The sweetfish tempura, which you can eat all over your head, was crispy and fluffy. The extra-fine soba was entwined with the soup, which was also excellent.

Kakunodate-cho, Semboku City, one of the soba noodle shops in the south of Akita Prefecture. Among them, it is a popular store that competes for twelve. The order is "Mori soba". Hand-made noodles are a bit flat, and unlike other soba noodles, you can enjoy an interesting texture. Hardness / Koshi is softer than Nishi-Manonai Soba, and harder than Countryside Soba. The broth is a bit sweet, but the aftertaste is still refreshing. It was a dish with a good total balance that you can see the popularity (^ ^)
