Tarte K / Karuizawa opens on Karuizawa Hon-dori at 11:00 on 2020.9.20. A refreshing tart made by the beautiful owner, Akiko Hamada, with plenty of beautiful, delicate and Shinshu ingredients. Today, I bought Amazon cacao, rhubarb, flower beans, apricot tart and tart van cuy. In particular, the tart made with Mr. Ota's Amazon cacao, which had a best-by date of 1 hour, was very delicious because the sourness was felt in the cream with a mild and gentle sweetness.
