Since it has just opened, the facility is shiny, including the shower room, so you can go there comfortably. The size of the hall is exquisite and you can train efficiently. There is no instructor (even if there is a staff member), so it is suitable for people who can decide the menu by themselves. As a result, a large percentage of people are serious about training, especially in the free weight area on the ground floor, which is lively. Of course, even an uncle like me can enjoy it if he has a general training knowledge.

I went around various Anytime, but it was interesting because there was a hack squat machine that I hadn't seen much. The only deduction is that I have to go back and forth between the first floor and the second floor to train the same part.
