I used to feel very uncomfortable at the Able Imadegawa store. I have exactly the same opinion as the other stars. The attitude toward work was asked. I don't know if the unpleasant employee of Able Imadegawa has retired, but I received a message from Able Imadegawa via Google saying "I don't have that employee now. Request to delete comments". However, both at the previous posting point and today's point, it was shown in the photo of the ABLE Imadegawa store site, so I just checked it and stated the facts here. In addition, this kind of customer response is the same as the customer response to other people so far, and I think it is a double-triple complaint due to lack of confirmation. From the beginning to the end, I was even more disappointed and saddened that the ABLE Imadegawa store was like this. I received a message from the Able Imadegawa store via Google saying, "Maybe I was mistaken for another company ...", but the unpleasant response at that time was certainly the Able Imadegawa store that I contacted for the first time. As mentioned above, I have confirmed it on the ABLE Imadegawa store site, in the previous post, and today, and I have only contacted real estate agents in two cases. At the first ABLE Imadegawa store, I couldn't even tour the first-choice condominium due to lack of confirmation, sloppy, and unpleasant response, but there were two cases in the same first-choice condominium. At the real estate company of another company, I made an inquiry and decided to visit in about 10 minutes, then went to the condominium the next day and decided immediately. After that, I exchanged documents and paid the full amount required, and one week after the inquiry, I moved in. At the second real estate company, the real estate company, thanks to the kindness and mediation, the exchange was pleasantly smooth. The whole family was very happy to be able to move into the first-choice condominium at the second real estate company. The second real estate company, Mr. Real Estate, was really kind and polite, had a sense of professionalism and responsibility, and took good care of us as a customer. In Able, I was wondering because I collected a lot of personal information, but at the second real estate company, I was asked about the details of only the important points with the minimum collection necessary for business. It was. So it was decided to move in. What I want to tell Able Imadegawa is not that I hate Able Imadegawa. However, I just want you to be careful not to cut corners in your work anymore and to prevent other customers from feeling uncomfortable or painful. From the customer's point of view, if you are cut short or rude, you just change the store. There are many real estate agents. Looking for a place to live for our customers is important to everyone in their daily lives. If you feel uncomfortable with a really cold customer, you will silently say nothing and leave the ABLE Imadegawa store. Therefore, the shop repeats the same thing without knowing what to fix. Customers who take the time to tell us, even if it is strict, will tell the shop what to improve and guide them to the better. If you are in the service industry, are you learning from the company like that? Attitude to work, the basics of the basics. Customers take time and effort to communicate. I think that when customers come to look for a house, there are various changes in the environment, living conditions, and life of the whole family. I want you to understand that feeling as much as possible. While the customers are busy, it takes time and effort for the customers to make inquiries and go to the store. We hope that each and every customer will not be ruined, that we will report, communicate, and consult with each other, do the best we can, build a relationship of trust, and take good care of each customer. Also, I think that the owner is still young and there are many difficult things to do, but when hiring staff, select people who value customers, people who like them, etc., not people who make customers poor. I think it's easy for me to concentrate on my work once I'm solid. Even if other good staff come to the ABLE Imadegawa store, if there is a person who is in trouble with one employee, the evaluation criteria from the customer to the store will be lowered mainly by that person, and the other staff will have a hard time. It will be ruined. In that case, the owner would have to deal with the complaints of one of the staff members, which would be difficult. Among the other staff members of ABLE Imadegawa, even if you don't have a position such as a deputy store manager, you haven't built a house yet, or you are young, you will surely take good care of your customers, be trusted, and work hard. I think there are some people who are doing this. I hope that the efforts of the other staff members who are working hard will be rewarded. For customers, the life of each family member has a life. I'm glad I asked Mr. ○○ of ABLE Imadegawa store, and I hope that such a voice will reach you. Please do your best with the pride that you have a job that is important to you when you consult with the house you live in.

I happened to have a relationship and I signed a contract about 3 months ago. It was my first time in Kyoto, so there were some uncertainties, but I prepared a lot of materials for the preview and kindly gave me a smooth guide on the day of the preview, and I met a very nice property. . Thank you for that time. However, I was very disappointed in the subsequent response. I thought that there were some things I couldn't help but be busy in the moving season (e.g. exchanges of emails, slow communication, reporting / response, lack of cooperation among staff, and parts where I couldn't convey what I was saying), but after moving I did not see much improvement in the exchange, so I decided to do this review. This makes me nod even though I was worried that the reviews were low. I was very happy with the decision on the property, so this is a review with expectations. I look forward to future improvements.

I went around about 3 stores including Able Imadegawa store, but it was this store that was most polite and able to listen to the story. I heard many times that I didn't understand or unclear, but I was able to teach me well and I was able to contract with confidence. I talked with two sales people, and they both felt good. It was good to be able to use this shop.
