The cheapest parking lot around Kenkyu-Gakuen Station. 300 yen on weekdays as of May 2018. Is it 400 yen on Saturdays and Sundays? About 20 minutes walk to the station. It's gravel, but a compact car can afford to park and a sedan can be stopped normally. Don't forget to prepare your change because it's an advance payment system. You can pay with electronic money (limited), but I haven't worked so I always pay in cash. There is also a vending machine next to the checkout place, probably because you want to break the bill.

I think it's cheap, but it's gravel and a little narrow. I used it before 11:00 on Sunday, but it was almost full.
