I came from a neighboring prefecture to buy my child's MTB. I decided to go here by visiting many bicycle shops in Kyoto. He kindly explained to me. I want a cross bike for myself, so I will come again.

It depends on the clerk. I was kind enough to be repaired half a year ago (in the case of a lean body type), but at the time of the last repair I was a different clerk (a slightly thicker person). Correspondence that does not go along from the time of request of repair. I thought it would be fine if I had a good repair, but ... the bike after the repair is heavy. It was so heavy and so heavy that I complained about the defect but I did not respond at all. "I can't do that!" "If it's heavy, I should change gear," he said. As I had no choice, I had another bike shop adjust it to make it smooth. The review was good, and the clerk who responded before was very kind and polite.

A long-established bicycle shop. When I was a student, I became indebted to him. Kindly attentive service has not changed since long ago. It is adapted from a little daily maintenance to maniac body and parts widely.
