Nice, cozy and clean hotel. They offer hot rock relaxation along with hot spring baths. Very friendly service as well.

It was clean and location for the price. It was good that there weren't too many meals. The best thing was the correspondence of the front lady. When I consulted about time and plans before going, I was in this position to look up and make suggestions, so I wanted to go again and meet that person. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. It was very nice that he responded with a smile regardless of whether he actually met or masked. It seems that Mr. Nishizaki was his name ...

The parking lot was a little far away and it was difficult to carry heavy luggage. When I entered the room, many hairs and strange hairs had fallen toward the edges, hair had fallen in the bathroom, and things like candy dregs had fallen too much. I sterilized everything and wiped it. I'm sorry that the windows are dirty. And the yukata obi in the room was also tied up, so it was full of reusability, so I stopped using it ... The food was delicious so it was still good The filthiness of the room made everything seem dirty and uncomfortable. Thank you for returning, and the other person was just standing and not thankful. Lol I was surprised because it was the first time for me to see an inn without seeing off. It was still good because the GOTO fee was a little cheaper, but I personally thought that this fee was too high for this quality. It was a shame because I was looking forward to my trip after a long time. I don't think it will be the second time.
