Osaka Institute of Technology (English: Osaka Institute of Technology, OIT) is a Japanese private university headquartered at 5-16 Omiya, Asahi-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka. It was installed in 1949. The abbreviations of the universities are Osaka Institute of Technology, Osaka Institute of Technology, and Osaka Institute of Technology. Osaka Tech is often used especially at academic societies. The Umeda Campus has the following: Faculty of Use: Robotics & Design Engineering Graduate School of Use: Graduate School of Robotics and Design Engineering Attached facilities: Robotics & Design Center (RDC), Umeda Annex Library Traffic access: 5 minutes walk from JR West/Osaka Station 3 minutes walk from Hankyu/Osaka Umeda Station 7 minutes walk from Hanshin/Osaka Umeda station 5 minutes walk from Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line 5 minutes walk from Higashi-Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line Established on September 7, 1922, by businessman Kyosaburo Honjo (who worked on the development of Koyoen) as the founder and principal, and by architect Yasushi Kataoka (graduated from Tokyo Imperial University of Technology, Department of Homemaking) as the first principal. The main body is Kansai Engineering College (later renamed Kansai Technical School). After the organizational transition of Kansai National College of Technology, Kansai National College of Technology, and Setan National College of Technology, in 1944 it became the former technical college, Setan National College of Technology. It was established in 1949 after the Pacific War, when the Nannan College of Technology was promoted to a new university during the school reform.

Located at Osaka Station. At the nearest Hankyu Umeda station, you can get to the ticket gate in 2.3 minutes because it is behind UNIQLO. The first floor has an exhibition room, reception, convenience store, and restaurant, so ordinary people can enter. Various events such as seminars and concerts are held.
