Room is on the old side, but is well maintained and really clean. Very helpful staff with a convenient store situated in the lobby with prices the same as other convenient stores like Familymart and Lawson. Buses are available to/from airport, nearby shopping malls and train stations. Would not recommend if you want to explore Tokyo city. Would be a great option if you want to explore Narita.
Marroad international hotel at Narita airport is a three star hotel with nice, clean accommodation on affordable price. English speaking staff is also available.
Staffs are nice and speak English very well. Room is fine, comfortable bedding. Breakfast is good variety of food and desserts. The mini mart on the 1st fl has lots of Japanese food & sweet.
Old. Bathroom felt like it was going to fall to pieces. No bottled water cheap charlie hotel. Big. Stay at Mystay Garden Resort. More money and much better value. Very good set breakfast
Had a great time in Tokyo. This hotel helped make the trip smooth and enjoyable. Free shuttle bus to the airport. Kind and helpful staff, and several in house restaurants.
