I wrote down my name and address when I bought it, but at that time I was given a surprisingly cheap ballpoint pen 😅 I was a little surprised. It's not a cheap shop, so I think it's better to use a more decent one.

The attitude of the clerk who responded is bad. I felt very uncomfortable. It was the worst that I felt as a fool. It's 100 years early to work for a brand here. It was a customer service that made me think so. I thought that it was a proper brand shop and that the customer service was well educated. I'm sorry. I want to be educated and improved.

I felt sad because the store clerk was too bad. I also bought Tiffany as a gift. Of course, the product was good and was very pleased. It wasn't cheap, but I was very happy. I don't write in detail, but I work on my own. This store clerk comes and orders the product. I was a clerk of the brand I loved and I didn't feel bad, so I discounted it. There was no payment, the product was handed over, and excessive price cuts were made along with unreasonable claims. I told you that there is nothing wrong here and that it is really impossible. After all, it seemed that there was no money, and then I wouldn't order from the beginning (laughs). Is Tiffany responding to the “Gonet”? Or do you think that employee training is secondary after focusing too much on product branding? Although it is impossible to try to be 100% private, the minimum manners should be educated. I will never buy Tiffany again.

I put out a diamond ring for repair. It is very old and more than 10 years old, but it is an important ring. I was relieved to contact me frequently even if the estimate was not expensive. After repairing, it is finished neatly like a new one and can be used even more. Tiffany is wonderful at every store.
