Since the store will be closed for a while in Corona, I returned the items rented for one week to the box provided in the store the day after the rental. (When I returned it, all the clerk was serving customers and I didn't know even if I put it in the box while saying thank you.) About three weeks after that, I received a call if it wasn't returned. I was surprised to hear that I had returned it, but I was told to look for every corner of the room or in my husband's car, and I was angry that I didn't trust the customer at all. I did. Compared to other stores, it is not locked, and there is only a simple box with hair on the cardboard in a place that is hard to see by the clerk, and if you can not find it, you can easily suspect the customer. When I commented, I was deeply surprised by the store manager who only said "I'm a young person" and "I'm not 100% bad". Of course, since then, I have been using other stores with many products, good management, and good staff quality.

The counter is narrow, probably because the store was originally divided into different sites. Although there is a partition, the installation form is not changed according to the flow of customers, and the customer service is basically handled, but the number of items has been small since the stores were merged.

前回、レンタル落ちのDVDビデオが見れないと、返金に応じてもらったが、そもそも見れない(商品価値の無いもの)を売っては不味いと思う。 また、その商品？を、同じ値段、同じ棚で、販売していた。
