Worst experience here and I could say this is the worst Japanese that I ever met. Told him not to refuel the regular coz I want the premium type, he shouted at me and keep refueling despite I already asked him to stop refueling, until the fuel tank was full. Very very bad altitude of that staff Complaining to the owner of the station but he just gave us the excuses that the staff not fluent in English, hope they can improve it and don’t disgrace Japanese’s high standard in politeness and Customer service!!

I was refused because I didn't wash my car. Next to me, the car with the Nagano number was washed... Probably because it was the Tokyo number, I think it was rejected. I feel better if I was told that the Tokyo number will not be washed.

Carsta Rent-A-Car also serves as the Karuizawa station square north exit store. There are no signs, so I passed by, and when I came back and asked the stand, I said, "I'm home." The correspondence was kind and it doubled as a gas station, so it was convenient because I didn't have to worry about returning the tank to full.
