The two colored stones used on the stone walls above the stairs are all Komatsu edge stones.
It seems to have been used as a monument that leads to the transmission of Komatsu's ancient stone culture (Japan Heritage of the Agency for Cultural Affairs: a story of walking with gems).
Takigahara stone:
Green tuff that began in 11 years of culture and is still mined.
It is characterized by its fine eyes, durability and resistance to rain and snow.
There is a quarry that is currently in operation and an old quarry.
In the Takigahara area, there are 6 arch-shaped stone bridges created after the Meiji period (5 existing bridges in Takigahara town + 1 adjacent Bodhi town bridge), and there are multiple cases of stone bridges in one area nationwide. Precious existence (Takigahara Arch Ishibashi Group).
The quarry is lit up in winter.
Kannon stone:
The main feature is that it is soft, porous, and resistant to fire.
In addition, it has a feature that it is resistant to moisture and is difficult to grow mold.
The yellow Kannon stone that is famous throughout the country (also known as “Nikakaishi”).
Pumiceous tuff formed by the accumulation of volcanic ash from Hakusan that has been excavated since the early Taisho period.
The most attractive thing is its color.
It is often used for gate walls, warehouse walls, and indoors, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The anecdote that remained without breaking the stone remains even at the Komatsucho fire twice.
It is also used in modern architecture throughout the country, including the National Diet Building and Koshien Hotel.
Higashi Sake Brewery (Nodachocho, Komatsu City)
A stone brewery built in the Showa 20s using Kannon Shimoishi. You can see the scenery with five stone warehouses.
Shoundo (Ryusuke-cho, Komatsu City)
One of the potters of Kutani ware that became a leading figure of “Japan Kutani” from the Meiji period to the Taisho era, “Shoundo”.
Currently, Ishikura and Kutani ware that combine Kannon Shimoishi and Takigahara stones are preserved and are open on holidays.
Utilizing Komatsu's townhouse facilities that convey arts and culture, it is also used as a rental building to nurture the next generation of crafts and arts.

It's a very open space 😄 You can see the shrine in the upper part ✨ Next time, let's go to the pilgrimage 🍀
It is quite peaceful and quiet, but easy to relax. I want to enjoy quietly. The quality of hot springs is very good, and rough skin becomes beautiful.
Previously, it was a square built in the place where the inn was.
A place of exchange to be used at events of Awazu Onsen.
As you go up the stairs and look from the top, you can see that there is a magic square on the floor.
During the snow, the children were making snowmen.
