I went there a few years ago, but I didn't want to go there again. Neither the receptionist nor the director made a single word of apology, even if the patient felt uncomfortable.

I made an appointment on the same day as the child, the child was treated first and I was looking at the side. The female assistant was kind and good, but the director (male) was very uncomfortable with the way she approached and spoke with children. You tell your child, "Don't move!" If you don't stop crying, "You haven't done anything yet!" The treatment was too rough, or the child was crying, "It hurts, it hurts!" Until then, other dentists I didn't cry with almost no pain, but I changed my dentist and it was a real failure. A few hours after the treatment of the child, I also made my first reservation, but to the woman who accepted "I don't need to take the next reservation for my child because I don't know yet. I'm too sick, so please cancel my reservation." The director came out and shouted out loud, saying, "Because it would be annoying, please do not cancel again!" And went back inside without asking my opinion. It made the children feel sorry. This worst dentist will never go again!
