充実したレッスン量、ネット記載以外にも有酸素レッスンがあり驚きました。 温泉宿のような外風呂もありサウナも暑くて良かったです。 何よりこの価格は充分満足出来ました。 中にはエステもあり会員だと安く利用出来ます。 ただ昼はおばちゃん向けだからか強度があるレッスンは1.2こ位しか無く物足りませんでした。
