If the window and the customer are worried, usually the customer is a Kramer? I think that there are many things, but in this case, listening to the story, it is almost 100% that the customer is correct and obviously the station side is bad. I can't take responsibility for my work, I immediately throw it out of my jurisdiction, transfer responsibility, and for some reason I look from above. Such a trend is prevailing in the station. Call for improvement.
