リラックスできるプログラムからハードなものまで体調や気分にあわせて予約して出来るのがよい。毎回、汗だくになって気分もスッキリ。シャワールームもあるので、ヨガの後は汗を流して帰れます。スタッフの人は、綺麗で親切。わかりやすいレッスンです。

There are many types of lessons, from relaxing lessons to dieting and exercise, and it's a lot of fun! The inside of the store is clean so you can go there with confidence.

The store was clean and the staff were easy to get in touch with. Although it was my first hot yoga, I was able to refresh with a lot of sweat.
