I used it for cutting and perming, but the finish was far from what I expected. Roughly cut with scissors, the perm had no curl and only damage remained. I will never use it again.

Service was appropriate. The time required is 7 to 8 minutes, and it is the rule of this shop to cut most with scissors. Since it will not fit well, I was refused because it is the company's policy to say that I want to avoid skiving scissors as much as possible. As a result, the hair became messy and uncoordinated.
