I went to the address change procedure. The first person to respond was a high-pressure attitude, saying, "This is no good." There should have been no problem with the document with the address, but I stubbornly repeated "because it is useless". When I reluctantly went to the next ward office, took an hour to get the resident card, and went again, the round-faced grandpa responded very politely. The first person with gray hair is very unpleasant to sit and sleep with his arms folded. Is this really a police officer? I was surprised with. There is no doubt that the police who protect the citizens have a high-pressure and overwhelming attitude + why they have to cover their salaries with their own taxes. The round-faced staff was very polite, so I'll give them two stars.

License renewal on September 2, 2020. Arrived around 8:30 when the reception started, and there was already a long line. Obtained a numbered ticket for reception at 10:50. Even if you can get a numbered ticket in the afternoon, it seems difficult to accept on the day. We recommend updating with a margin.

If you are renewing your license, please get the numbered ticket for the day first☆ Itabashi and Shinjuku are crowded, so you need to get a numbered ticket to renew your license. I went on a weekday morning (before 11:00) and got a numbered ticket from 14:00. The police officers here didn't seem to explain anything, so some people who didn't get a numbered ticket were angry with the police officers... It is on the HP! It was a pity for a person who came all the way from a distance to clean up with one word... Well, the procedure starts at 14:00. Fill in the application form → Payment of renewal fee → Visual acuity test → Photograph (The machine here is miserable... tears. Should you be worried if you should bring it?) → Training → Receive a license! ! Ends at 15:10☆ The time for the class is fixed, so it won't be early or late.
