I happened to pass by when traveling from Tokyo, but it was a very delicious bakery. I bought croissant, melon bread and side dish bread and ate it immediately at eat-in (^ ^) The croissant was by far the most delicious I've ever eaten, and it was so delicious with the elasticity not found in ordinary croissants! The melon bread was also very crispy inside, and it was delicious because there was only a shop called bimi. If I have the opportunity to go to Nagano again, I definitely want to do it!

I can't help but come to Komagane! I feel that all the bakery breads are carefully made and won't come off! Everything from sugar beet bread to bread that enjoys ingredients such as rice flour and whole grains is delicious and reasonable! Lunch is also reasonable! If you are close to work, you want to go weekly. The pizza toast with the bread's deliciousness is superb! The drink bar and cocotte are also great.
