Lake and fountain in the middle of Shiroyama Park in Okegawa. It is quite picturesque. There are some seats around the lake where you can sit and enjoy the view. On the site of the castle ruins there is an elevated (stairs) look out which gives a nice birds eye view of the lake. There are public toilets near the lake. The water play area is nearby too (the lake isn't part of the water play area - you can't swim / play in it). There is a new barbecue area nearby too and the main playground is also close.
