It is a handmade bread shop in a residential area. Over a dozen types of good-value bread for everyday use are always on sale. (Exempt after sold out) No matter what you choose, it tastes exactly as the name suggests, but you can choose with confidence. If you get lost, you can choose the one with the sales ranking and you will not regret it.

I bought croissants, buckets, and cream bread. Croissants are crispy! It was very delicious ☺️ The bucket is crispy. I wanted bread too, but I had to make a reservation. Let's look forward to the next time!

I think it's the best bakery in Gifu! I felt that takahasi bakery's bread was more delicious than fine bread. The next day is also soft and sticky! Every bread is delicious, but I recommend Mentaiko France and honey butter!

I bought a mini chocolate croissant. Aroma of butter and crispy dough. I love it. I will buy again. I bought melon bread, so I'm looking forward to it.
