It seems that it has just opened. There was a beautiful cafe ☕ on the hill. When I asked if I could eat with my pet, there was a terrace seat outside the shop, which was a shared space in the park, so I said that I could "take out" and eat. I ordered a stewed hamburger plate and Hiki sandwich. As it is a takeout, it does not come with salad or soup. The hamburger steak was made from minced meat, which is a specialty of Higashimatsuyama, and had a gentle taste. The Hiki sandwich was delicious with a lot of ingredients and a spicy sauce. There were sweets of marron 🌰 parfait and shaving strawberry 🍓. Some items cannot be taken out, so I would like to have them in the store next time. The shop staff was very friendly and loved dogs, and it was a fun lunch to talk to. I would like to visit again when the cherry blossoms 🌸 and sunflowers 🌻 bloom. Thank you for the meal.

こんな薄いお湯みたいなコーヒーでは。自分で飲めばわかるだろうに。お湯とコーヒーが分離したような、やる気のない喫茶店でときどき出会うあの味。よく見るとこの店は市の運営のようだ。公務員がやる店ならこの味は理解出来る。 50くらいの女性にテラス席はダメとか言われ、こちらには意味のわからないルールがあるようだ。せっかくテラス席のあるカフェに行く意味が無い。場所だけは北海道のカフェを思わせる開放感があり、素晴らしい。コーヒーの味がおかしいので流行らず、数年後は閉店だろう。そうであっても、公務員だから、痛くも痒くもないのだろう。あと、店に入る時、田舎の親父みたいなのが数人いて、カフェの客かあ、珍しいなあみたいな感じでジロジロ無言で見られる感があったが、あれも市の職員なんだな。無言なら、いちいちジロジロ見るなよ。

The view is good, and you can enjoy cooking and sweets slowly. We recommend the strawberry shaved ice, which is limited to 20 meals.
