The old man's clerk was paying attention to the customers who brought in household waste. It was good up to that point, but I was very disappointed that the customer called me "you" ... the attitude and wording towards that person was not that of the hospitality business. I understand that I want to clean the floor that is dirty with household waste, but I think I should have lent me some tools ... There is definitely something wrong with the customer, but I wasn't surprised. I don't know if the old man is an employee or a part-time job, and I don't want to know, but isn't it a "product / service" including the courtesy and correspondence of the clerk?

The store manager can't talk from above. The manager never admits the mistake. The store manager is a sales-oriented person, and customers are food.
