Good location and selection of bikes and parts. Expensive. Some nice staff, but one (long haired, snaggle toothed guy) was sneering and unsympathetic to difficult repair issue – for which they had given incorrect part. But they gave refund when asked. No English spoken.

Great little bike shop close to base housing. Very little english but enough to get by in conjunction with pointing and gestures. Wide selection of Japanese brands and some fat bike love too! Plenty of accessories and gear as well.

Had been to the shop numerous times and spent some money on parts and accessories. Then I brought my bike in to have them look at my bottom bracket. The one guy who speaks English spoke to a mech and they pull off the crank set. They said they had time to look at it and it, no problem. 10 minutes later and a dollop of lube, then they charge me 6500 yen for the work. I think there is a mistake and then they tell me it was expensive lube. So I asked to keep the tube, they said no. They were not helpful, it didn't fix my bottom bracket squeak, and I will not go here again. Everything is overpriced and there are other shops nearby with everything you need and they are friendlier, and just as experienced. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, especially not if you don't speak Japanese.

Road bikes shouldn't be put out of maintenance here anymore if you're a mom. If you put it here, please take care of the paperback Kogi or Glove of Kamakura.
