I came to the store to add a dealer option to a car purchased at a used car dealer, but when I told that, the attitude of the clerk changed obviously, and I had to wait a few minutes outside the cold store If it is my car, this option can be installed after the expensive one is specified, but it costs less than 50,000 yen for labor. And said something appropriate. I visited the store after confirming that the option I wanted to buy was listed in the catalog as available for installation, and it was not an option that would cost me as much as 50,000 wages. I thought that this is the way of the shop and thank you very much. I will never go again and I will spread this matter to acquaintances etc.

Initial customer service is normal, but maintenance skills are quite low, and even compared to other dealers, you will soon be asked to buy a new car. Correspondence to outerwear (customers who purchase outside our shop) is ... The cooler malfunction (presentation of 60,000 repairs) was fixed at another store for 5,000 yen. I thought that the engine trouble was at the dealer, and it took more than 70,000 to replace the computer (ecu), etc., but it was not fixed, and the fuel injection system that was explained and billed for maintenance and cleaning was opened and maintained by myself. It wasn't maintained at all. Due to the lack of maintenance skills and responsiveness at the dealer, I got off the Honda car and got on a different car.
