Impression that there are many unique hard breads. When you enter the store, they will introduce you to recommended bread. Kakushoku is soft and delicious up to Mimi. It's better to call and ask, as the baking time varies.

The chef continues to bake bread by himself from before the store opens until the evening. The type of bread changes depending on the time of day, so if you have decided on the bread you want, you should check or make a reservation call. The commitment to everything related to bread, such as flour, yeast, sugar, fillings and sauces, is amazing. There are also seasonal products, so I'm excited! The Spanish wines we sell are also delicious ✨ Not only is the bread delicious, but the atmosphere of the shop is also wonderful ✨ My favorite bakery ❤️

Since it is a small bakery, there are currently up to three groups of customers who enter the store at one time. There are 2-3 parking spaces in front of the store where you can park your car. It seems that the type of bread to be baked differs depending on the time of day, and if you have bread you want to eat, you can order it by phone and it will be reserved, which is very convenient. There were a lot of breads I was interested in, and I bought them all, but they were all delicious and seasoned with a little effort. Especially for Thai curry bread, I was surprised that the Thai curry inside was authentic. The clerk is also very friendly and kindly explains when you ask about bread.

I had quite a strange bread, and I was really wondering which one to try! After all, I made curry bread and side dish bread that I often eat (^ ^ ♪ It was delicious (๑´ڡ`๑) Since the staff explained various things, it was also a study (^_^) I also like hardware, so I'll buy it if I go to this place next time (^^) v It is a cute and cozy shop (* ^^ *)
