We reserve a car rental on the official website, and the plan includes free ETC equipment. On the day of picking up the car, a long-haired female clerk asked us where we were going to drive. We said we were going to Takachiho and Mount Aso, and told the convenience that ETC is not needed because you will not go to the highway. I felt a little strange at the moment, and I repeatedly confirmed with the clerk that I would not take the highway from here to Takachiho? The other party is definitely right! Then I said that there is no need to give us the ETC card. As a result, we used navigation, and then we were led to the highway. We were blocked because there was no ETC. There were not many cars so there were no dangers, but the process was very thrilling. And after checking the map, we found that if not It takes nearly an hour’s drive to take the highway. Back and forth is equivalent to a waste of 2 more hours, and our car rental plan clearly includes free ETC, I don’t understand why the clerk wants to remove our ETC card without authorization, not a happy car rental experience!

We used for Minamiaso sightseeing. Opened at 8:30. The destination is the Volcano Museum and Kusachisato Observatory. I enjoyed Mt. Aso Drive with this rental car. If you register as a free member, you will get further discounts. There is also a Times Car rental at the airport so you can drop off. The pick-up service was saved to the airport with souvenirs and suitcases. Is it a car full of fuel?
