I ordered 8 beef bowls to take home and waited in front of the cashier, but the lid fell to the ground while the staff was preparing. I used the lid as it was without replacing it. I had put a sticker on the lid first, so I may not have been able to replace it because I couldn't put out an extra sticker, but it's better to use a lid without a sticker than to use a fallen lid. … I handed it over as it is, so when I asked, "Do you want to use the lid that fell on the ground as it is?", I will replace it now. I had already waited for about 20 minutes, and I declined it because it would take time to remake it, but I thought it was a store with poor hygiene management.

It was my debut at Sukiya, but I was able to eat smoothly. The menu is abundant and lunch is served at lunchtime, so it's a great deal. Was it a bit lacking in smoothness due to congestion during the lunch time? After that, when I put it on the table with the container containing the seasonings etc. dirty, it got dirty as it was. I think it would be nice if I could care for a little more detail.

Do you know that the price of beef bowl is high only in Gifu prefecture? In other prefectures it is about 350 yen, but only in Gifu prefecture it is 380 yen. It's complete discrimination. Let's complain to Zensho's customer service office!
