Good okonomiyaki, good sides, and above all, great service! We were seated and served immediately, and the girl serving us made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Definitely recommendable if you're looking for classic Osaka food near the station.
The hospitality is amazing!
I used it for the first time in go to eat, but anyway, it is a shop with excellent service.
A nice clerk welcomes you when you tell us that you are going to make a reservation, and a welcome card is in your seat. Moreover, the card can be exchanged for a drink the next time you visit the store.
I ate a tomato hamburger steak for lunch, but it's cooked hot on an iron plate so I can eat it forever. The meat is juicy without any strange crushing.
It's usually hard to get to 980 yen for lunch, but if there is such a service, it will repeat.

Is the customer service education well done? The male staff member was able to eat comfortably.
We had a single okonomiyaki at lunch time. Maybe because I ordered pork balls, it was simple and delicious.
I would like to come back slowly and eat another menu.
Lunch with Gotoeat reservation. He said, "Please wait 15 to 20 minutes for okonomiyaki," but in reality, you waited 30 minutes. It was offered first by a later customer, and I felt that order management was sloppy, without saying "I'm sorry to have kept you waiting". Waiting for 30 minutes at lunch hurts. It's a shame because the customer service and taste were good.
