Back wheel busted (unrideable) so I went here as I’ve seen it riding by. Didn’t have the parts in stock, no worries. Turns out I need to buy the more expensive option, oh well . Won’t know if they can get the part for a few days, that’s fine- no rush. Extra 10,000 yen for washers and installation- I hesitantly agreed, still better than taking the bike home broken. Then they told me I still had to take the bike home, a 1.5 hour walk - no thank you. Expensive, unhelpful, and inconsiderate.

Staff will ignore foreigners. Unfriendly, unhelpful. Wide selection but very pricey. Only use this this shop as a last resort

I go sometimes to check bicycles BUT I never buy there! Not welcoming to foreign customers, they just do not care ....
